Microsoft Project is a project management tool used to create timelines, or ghant charts.   For example, a general contractor who is building a house would find Project a very useful tool.  Such a project involves many tasks (forming the basement, framing the house, installing the heating, electrical work, drywall, etc.).  Project allows you to add time frames for each of these tasks and if one task falls behind, the other tasks will be delayed and rescheduled.

The Introduction and Intermediate courses show you how to use the features of Project.  These courses have been designed for people who already understand basic project management concepts.
