Adobe Illustrator is a sophisticated graphics program capable of creating complex and attractive illustrations and type effects. It works in vector based system to create graphics as lines, curves, and other geometric shapes that can be moved, resized, reshaped and can contain paint attributes (fill & Stroke) including gradients. It has limited capabilities to edit pixelated images or photos.

The introductory course will begin by orienting you to the Illustrator environment. You will then learn how to create basic illustrations with some of the simpler tools and edit them with the palettes.

The Intermediate course continues on from the introductory course, and takes a more in-depth look at Illustrator's capabilities and how to apply them.
