Reports is a very powerful reporting tool.
Reports
are created using data from other programs, such as Access, or ACCPAC (Crystal
Reports can work with data from a large number of different programs).
The
general idea is a simple one. If you are using a program to store your
data (an accounting program for example), but are finding it difficult to
retrieve that data (create reports), then Crystal Reports is for you. Many
programs cannot create customized reports, while many others can create then,
but they are either very limited or very difficult to use. Crystal Reports
solves that problem, by allowing you to create reports using the data from
another program. The data is linked, making it easy to run your reports
whenever needed.
