Course Description
This course is intended as a
starting point for Access beginners, or people who use databases created
by others. The main focus is to learn how to create tables and
queries. Table topics: field names, types, setting the properties for
each field, entering records, sorting, finding, filtering, and
formatting. Query topics: the grid, adding tables, entering criteria,
parameters, calculations, and totals. A brief look at forms and
reports is also covered. From here, we highly recommend the
Intermediate Level I course to learn about relational databases, forms
and reports.
