Sarah Gayer,
CHRP
|
Sarah is a human resource professional with over 15
years experience in the field of human resource management. She has provided
expertise to a variety of sectors including not-for-profit. She is a Certified
Human Resource Professional (CHRP), with a BA from York University along with
other certifications including: Advanced Strategic Change, from University of
Toronto; Disability Management, from Mohawk College; Occupational Health and
Safety, from Ryerson and Human Resources Certificate, from Seneca College. She
also keeps up on current developments in the field by continually attending and
participating in workshops and conferences.
Sarah has actively participated in the Human Resources Professional Association
of Ontario (HRPAO) serving as a volunteer, participating in their mentoring
program and offering workshops to the Hire Authority. She has been a guest
speaker on numerous human resources related topics at conferences such as the
Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario Annual Conference and the
SHRM Annual Human Resources Conference in Buffalo, N.Y.
Sarah currently facilitates courses in Human Resources Management and
Supervisory/Management for Global Training Services. Sarah is also a regular
contributor to various newspapers on human resource related issues. |

Dawn Porter-Schofield |
Dawn Porter - Schofield is a trained mediation
professional. Her education is rooted in an honours degree in psychology
from York University. Extensive certification training in Alternative
Dispute Resolution followed by specialized Family, Workplace, Civil
Litigation and Community Mediation training accounting for more than 500
hours not including workshops and coaching. She has been an active
practicing mediator since 2000 remaining current and up to date with
industry developments and changes as a member in good standing with
professional organizations.
Expanding on her expertise as a mediator, Dawn facilitates
several Communications and Personal Development Courses for Global
Training Services. Her pleasant and easy manner makes her the ideal
facilitator and she is always well appreciated and held in the highest
regard by her participants.
