Barry
Rosenthal |
Barry has been a facilitator and trainer for over 22
years, with over 12 years teaching computer software and related skills. He
has taught people from all walks of life, from children to adults; and from
part-time staff to CEO’s of major corporations. Barry combines a strong
knowledge of his subject matter with a clear understanding of how people
learn. His patience and laid-back teaching style, combined with a strong
background in soft skills training, make him ideal for a wide range of
training situations. Barry runs train-the-trainer seminars and presentation
workshops, making him a trainers’ trainer.

Rob
MacNeill |
Rob MacNeill was born in Toronto
and was raised in both Toronto and London, England. After graduating from
Trent University in 1980, Rob worked as an actor, studying with "The Second
City" for 6 years. Rob joined a computer firm in 1985, where he was promoted
to Customer Support Representative, and then to Instructor in 1986. He
joined Computer Help as a Senior Instructor in 1991. Rob has an advanced
level knowledge of various word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, web page
design and database programs. His great sense of humour, along with 20 years of PC Training experience,
make learning in his courses easy and fun.

Cynthia
Whalen |
Cynthia has had a career in information technology for over 15 years and has
been delivering software application courses for more than ten of those
years. Cynthia has experience in all the Microsoft business application
with a particular focus on MS Project and MS Access. Cynthia also develops
Access databases and teaches both the Access and Excel VBA courses. She has
a business degree with a major in Information Technology and her Masters in Education.

Paul Drye |
Paul spent several years as an instructor for Computer Help in the mid-1990s
before starting a career as an author, writer of computer manuals, and night
school instructor for the North York Board of Education. He has recently
returned to Computer Help, specializing in Microsoft Office products --
particularly Excel. He runs a relaxed classroom where solid learning is
mixed with good humour for a great learning experience.

Jenny
Kitson |
Jenny has been teaching a wide variety of computer
applications for more than 20 years. A programmer by background, she loves
to demystify computer systems and pass on her enthusiasm to her students.
Jenny has a special interest in database, spreadsheet and reporting
applications. She
also writes courseware and has
conducted train-the-trainer courses in Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Kristen Geminiuc |
Kristen has been an educator for over 12 years. She has taught both adults
and children in various capabilities throughout her career. She is a member
of the Ontario College of Teachers and is a certified Special Education
teacher. Kristen has developed, implemented and advised on curriculums,
training programs and reference material in an interesting array of subject
matter. Some include train-the-trainer workshops, employment-training
programs for adults with cognitive learning disabilities, individual
education plans for children, computer software training courses, as well as
bookkeeping processes for a small computer consulting firm. Kristen combines
her patient and congenial manner with a
productive hands on approach to create a very comfortable and successful
learning environment.

Holly
Dean |
Holly Dean has been teaching at Computer Help since 1991 with occasional
breaks to do church restoration in Mexico and learn oil painting in Paris.
Prior to Computer Help, she taught at Humber College and was Manager of
Computer Services for Hyde Houghton, Princess House, and Grafton Fraser Inc.
She has been working with micro-computer software since 1982, during
which she has done a combination of training, computer software development,
and small business computer consulting. This range of experience,
along with her relaxed style, makes her a superb Instructor.

Janet Lowe Beauchamp |
Janet's specialty is in graphic design. Her educational background is
in Fine Arts and she has worked as a graphic designer for over 15 years.
Some of Janet's design clients include Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, American
Express, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Janet teaches all QuarkXPress, Adobe
Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop courses.

Donna
Mills |
Drawing on more than 14 years of experience in training users how to master
their computer software, Donna's delivery style is professional, dynamic and
engaging. She balances an information-packed class with good humour and
fun. She takes special pleasure in making learning enjoyable and exciting.

Jaspreet
Lamba

Jaspreet has over 8 years of experience in the IT
industry, serving several major corporations, businesses and individuals in
that time span. From networks to multimedia, office applications to internet
and e-commerce, Jaspreet uses his highly-regarded interpersonal skills and
knowledge to relate concepts and material to his students. His
students find his enthusiastic style of teaching both informative and highly
entertaining.

Marie
Meditskos |
Marie Meditskos has been a trainer and project manager for 7 years. She has
taught all levels of adult learners in such industries as Automotive,
Insurance, Government Agencies and Educational Institutions. She specializes
in Microsoft Office products and believes that learning should always be
enjoyed. |

Donna Harwood |
Donna provides training in the Microsoft
Office suite of products. She has obtained Official Certification as a
Microsoft Office Specialist and graduated, with High Honours, from the
Seneca College Adult Teacher/Trainer Program. Donna has been working
with computers in many shapes and forms over the years, starting with
testing systems on large main-frame computers for one of the major Canadian
Banks. She has continually been the “go to” person when someone needed
training. By combining her relaxed style and sense of humour, Donna
puts her students at ease and makes sure they are getting all they can from
their training session. It is obvious to all that Donna loves what she
does. |
